Dictionary group for Reader different than others?

Is it possible to set a group for the reader that, for example, excludes GF by default?

This is because there are often entries in GF that start with "一", for example, which are not in other dictionaries. This causes the look up window to refuse to switch to another dictionary. Full example: 一幕

I realize that I can use the bottom arrow keys to move back past the beginning, and then move forward 1 character at a time to get just the second character (which I already know in this example), but that's a little slow

No group setting for that, but you can turn off GF's "use in reader" option to avoid it in the reader.

As part of beta, I reset all settings to default. I also had not noticed this setting before. I'll give it a try.
