The document reader OCR function is completely broken on one of my devices but works on the others. Hence it’s not a Pleco problem which seems to mean that the only solution is to re-install the app. Which I’d rather not.
Actually it’s broken on both my devices. An IPad Pro 2 & 3. They are both updated to the lastest version.
Broken in the sense that when I select a character to look up on a pdf which requires OCR, the app just suddenly switches off. It doesn’t freeze but just disappears.
That's odd - is this true in every PDF or just one or two specific ones? Could you possibly email or DM me a copy of a PDF this is happening in? (mikelove at pleco)
