This is part of the "1.0 to 2.0 Upgrade Guide" we're working on - other bits are still being written (like the all-important flashcard guide) but this seemed like a good one to try to get posted here ASAP. The 2.0 documentation is going to come in four parts, an installation manual, that 1.0-to-2.0 guide, a reference manual (bits of which have been posted here as flashcard / preferences documentation), and a set of tutorials.
If we've absentmindedly left out any major new features / instructions to reverse changes from 1.0, let us know.
