Not in 2.0, but possibly in a future release - we've been trying unsuccessfully to license an etymology dictionary for quite a while now, but thus far everyone we've contacted has turned us down.
A lot of those dictionaries aren't based on the real origins of characters, though - something like 90% of Chinese characters are 形声字, compound characters containing a radical and a phonetic component (which often doesn't even correspond to the current pronunciation), so unfortunately some of them take some liberties with linguistic accuracy for the sake of easy memorization.
