Flash card back up

Is it possible to take a back up of the flash cards I have created? I'd hate to spend a lot of time creating lists and then lose the lists in a pda crash.

I guess using the export function would be an option, but is there a simple way to take a back up?

Yes; quit PlecoDict (using the Quit command in the Dict menu), then connect your Pocket PC to your desktop, go to My Computer \ Mobile Device, and copy the flashcards and user db files to a safe location on your desktop.

Sorry, can you tell me where the flashcards and user db files are stored? I've installed the program on the SD card and had a look in the plecodict folder under program files but can't seem to find anything that looks like a flash card database that I can copy.
