flashcards categories' level depth

Hello,
I would like to organize my flashcards into categories AND sub(-sub-sub-...)-categories, but I am limited to three levels deep for creating sub-categories. Is there a good reason for that or is it possible to change this limit to an upper depth level ?

It was a limit we originally added for performance reasons - will go away once we redo that part of the database format but I don't have a firm ETA on that since it's actually rather low on our list of feature requests.

This is not possible in the current format.

This limit was probably useful on old devices for performance issues.
