Flashcards: how to differentiate characters mapped to different headwords/multiple cards/definitions (还)

还 always gets me. I guess pay back and it’s still/as before. I guess the later and then it’s the former.

Notes don’t show up until after reveal. Any solution?

What type of test is this? Multi-choice tests should be only showing one choice for any given character - are you seeing more than one? I assume you don't want to leave the pinyin visible?
