Handwriting doesn't show up

My Pleco handwriting doesn't show the word I wrote. It still recognizes it but the screen is just black.

I expect it should be something like this:

I tried both dark mode and light mode but nothing works.
I checked and my pen doesn't have any problem and I still can make note in my phone with that pen.
Does anyone have this problem or know how to solve it?

I purchased the bundles and used the latest version.

Does it help if you turn on 'force software rendering' under Settings / Miscellaneous / Tweaks? (or if you turn it on if it's currently off?) Also, what brand / model of phone do you have and what version of Android is it using?

I replied but somehow it didn't save.
I use galaxy note 10 plus with Android 12.
And thanks for the suggestion that unchecked the force software rendering solved the problem.
