Help finding an option

I like to backup the flashcard database a lot just in case, but lately when when I press backup database instead of directly allowing me to save to google drive, it just shows the internal memory. I can't find the option to change it back. Can you help me?

Is 'use legacy file chooser' turned on in Settings / Miscellaneous? Turn it off if so.

If it's already off, what brand / model of phone are you using? Some OEMs (most notably Xiaomi) screw up Android's built-in file manager screen so badly that we're forced to not even offer the option + always use our own file chooser instead of the system one.

Thank you for the quick reply Mike. Yes, 'use legacy file chooser' was already off, and I'm using a Xiaomi 6 with MIUI 9. Is it possible to use Pleco's own file chooser?

No, I’m afraid on MIUI 9 there’s no way to use the system file chooser in Pleco (which is what lets you save directly to the cloud) - you’d need to upload it via the Google Drive app.
