Help with custom flashcards

I'm a little overwhelmed by all the amazing options for flashcards in the the beta. Can anyone suggest to me how to create a flow like this (or where I can learn how to do so)?

I have my own categories where I save new words and I want to create a flashcard "workflow" like the following:

• Should be SRS or SRS-like
• For each card, have two tests:
  1. "show me the hanzi and audio and I guess the meaning (self-graded)"
  2. "show me the meaning and I select the hanzi from multiple choices"
• Cards that I've already started learning are shown before new cards (if they are due)
• New cards are shown in order of when they were added (ideal but not necessary)

(Also, if there's a default "workflow" that is 90% like this already, I'd be happy to use that and save myself some work.)

To be honest, enough things about SRS in the beta are in the process of changing that I would not really recommend building your flashcard study around it right now - the settings aren't going to carry over exactly to the next big update.

Right now, the only way to force new cards to go last would be to do an "SM2" profile, but those are being absorbed into "Learning" in the next update and really none of the settings will carry over directly. You could get everything else with a "Learning" profile, though - you'd want to set it up as 1 stage instead of 2, with those test types in your stage settings, and use a 'new card queue' with your preferred sort order to introduce new cards.
