How can I Export OCR results from my iPhone to my MacBook Pro?

I am using Pleco with add-on OCR on my iPhone SE. I have a still image Chinese text in columns on my MacBook Pro that I want to OCR on my iPhone, and then send the result back to my MacBook Pro.. I have succeeded in getting the relevant page of text from my MacBook onto my iPhone, and getting Pleco to OCR it. The result looks good! My problem is that I cannot seem to find the way to get the OCR results sent to my laptop. The 'upload' icon is shown at the top of my OCR result, but when I click on it I just get stuff about bookmarks.

How can I get this result onto my laptop, please?

Do you see a 'save' icon at the top of that screen? Tap on it to save the file. Then, in File Manager, tap on the (i) next to the file and tap Share / Open In to share it with your MacBook.

The icon I see at the top righthand corner is a rectangle with an arrow running through it vertically. Other icons are (from right to left) an open book, a cog-wheel, a magnifying glass and a pencil. Then at the extreme left there are three horizontal lines. Are any of those the 'save' icon?

I think it must have been saved. I have since tried starting from scratch, performed an OCR on the still image, and then immediately selected "Capture", then the 'disk' icon third from the right at the top, then by following a series of steps that I have proved unable to repeat (though I have tried several times), I managed to email myself the OCR'd text. That worked like a dream. But as I said, I can;t seem to do it with another text. Please can you give me a step by step idiot's guide how to do this again, starting with doing a still OCR, and ending up with a successful emailing of the OCR's text? I'n very sorry to be such a nuisance!

It should basically just be what you described - after you tap on the 'disk' icon you should see the file in File Manager. Do you not see a disk icon when you tap 'capture'?
