How to add Pronunciation button and Add flashcard + button for custom dictionary

I am preparing a Chinese-Vietnamese dictionary, and would love to add two wonderful features:

• Pronunciation button (the speaker icon)
• Add flashcard button (the + button)

How can I achieve that?

Sorry, are those features not appearing now? They should work pretty much automatically in a Chinese user dictionary.

They are not appearing. Maybe I did something wrong?

Ah, sorry, didn't realize this was for example sentences - there's no way to get those in user dictionaries at the moment, though they are supported in the new 4.0 update that we're beta testing on iOS (and will soon also bring to Android).
