how to move pleco from Ipod 3rd gen. to Ipod 4th gen

I've tried to look over the questions and can't find this answer.
i don't want to lose any of my flashcards, etc.
How do I move Pleco to my new ipod?

How do I move Pleco to my new ipod?

Back it up (using iTunes or iCloud), then restore your new iPod using the same system. Alternatively, if you're just interested in flashcards you can use the "Backup Database" command on your old iPod to back up your flashcard database, then email it to yourself or share it with the new iPod via Settings / Share Files.
