ID changed problem with handwritting

Everytime I turn off/on my tablet, when I want to use handwritting the program says my device ID has changed and I have to register again everytime. The problem is that if I dont have wifi I cant do it. Do you know why it happens? Only happens with Pleco. What can I do?

I use android jelly bean.

Could you contact support with your device's "Registration ID"? We can use that to see whether its device ID is changing every time (which would suggest a bug in the firmware or a root hack) or whether it's deleting / failing to save its registration settings correctly.
