Immediate retest on failed characters

Pleco used to retest me immediately after I'd done a test, retesting me on the characters I had got wrong. My current settings don't do this any more. How can I reset to allow immediate retest on the cards I get wrong? (And continued immediate retest until I get them all right) Thanks for help with this (elementary?) question!

Yes, it's only ever been in the paid version - maybe that was deactivated? Check your email history to see if you automatically emailed yourself your "Registration ID" (we prompt you to do this after you make a purchase), if not email us and we can look it up for you.
