Is there a way to import specific fields's vocabulary? For example: if the field is "medicine", can I import all the words related with "medicine" and create some cards out of it?

No - while those fields seem like a tantalizingly useful source of information, they're sadly rather incomplete at the moment and importing all of the "MEDICINE" or "CHEMISTRY" or whatever vocabulary would not give you anything close to well-rounded coverage of that subject.
