Unfortunately, there's no officially-supported way to do this yet.
However, one thing you could try (though we've never actually tested this) is to use a file manager program like Filez (http://www.nosleep.net) to copy the "PlecoDict User DB C-E" file from main memory to an SD card. PlecoDict should still be able to read the user database from the card, but should also create a new user database in RAM; both dictionaries would show up with the same name / icon, but you would have two different database files. If you ever wanted to edit the old database again, you could simply copy the new database to the card and the old database to RAM and it would resume editing the old one.
