Line Spacing in Addition to Choice of Font

I like the new font and font size settings. Have you already thought about adding a line spacing setting or adding a little bit of it by default? While the fonts look great and are highly legible, they look cramped/crowded to me and would probably be even easier to read with an additional 10-20% of line spacing (see below).

Happy to consider this, but to be honest, we haven't really ever offered a line spacing option in this screen before and it actually could be a good bit of work (because inevitably there will be some bits of some dictionary entries that look awkward with spaces in some places and not in other) so I'd probably like to see some more feedback before we add one - I can't recall ever seeing a message about this in 3.0.
