Locking to Plecodict to removable card.

I've got the current version with all the free dictionaries, et al. Can it be locked to my removable SD card and can I then move it from my Pocket PC phone running Mobile 5 to a dopod running Mobile 6? Sorry if its a dumb question.

Parts of PD must go into main memory, i.e. the actual PDA's memory, not an SD card. Is it difficult for you to reinstall? Maybe you could just copy each file over to where it belongs manually, file by file?

I think he's talking about the copy-protection system; at present it can only be locked to a specific device, but with 2.0 we're adding the option to lock it to an SD card instead. (this isn't supported by the current beta but will be by the finished version)

Yep, Mike, you're right. I wanted to lock to an SD so I can upgrade my phone without having to reinstall Plecodict.

BTW, did you see that Styletap has written a Palm emulator for the iPhone? I wonder if it will run Plecodict.... :-D
