"New OCR" setting on - leads to inability to move photos in still OCR shots?

Seems that with "New OCR" turned on that I'm unable to move photos to zoom in and line up the picture when using still OCR.
 
Hmm, that one's news to us - does it help if you pinch zoom? Is this with still OCR or screen OCR? Latest version of Pleco? What version of Android and what brand/model of device?
 
Pleco 3.2.63, in the beta channel.
Android 8.0 on a Samsung S8.
Still OCR on an image. Can't pinch zoom/scroll around picture unless New OCR is off.

Let me know if I can provide any more info. Of course I can't rule out the possibility that I'm just doing something wrong .
