No Fonts Installed

I have just downloaded the full version of pleco and transfered across to my palm tx but when i go to open it a message comes up saying
No Fonts Installed
Cannot locate any font files. Please double check that you've installed the files to RAM or the/Palm/Launcher directory on your flash memory card.
As far as i can tell though i have transferred all the font files in the same way i did with the other files...

Any ideas?

Already answered this by e-mail, but for the benefit of anyone else reading:

Sounds like something might have gone wrong during the installation - Palm Desktop can be very subtle about error messages, and even if it looks like everything's installed OK it might have run out of memory and failed to install most of the files you were trying to install.

Anyway, the first thing I'd recommend is that you try the steps at http://www.pleco.com/manual/palminst.html#failedinstall to clear out everything and reinstall with a "Minimal" set of data files - hopefully that set will fit on your TX more easily.
