You should submit the android version of Pleco to the Nokia store, it most probably works on Nokia X without any modifications.
 
I suspect Microsoft will be terminating the Nokia X shortly, but if they do decide to make a long-term strategy out of it then we certainly might consider submitting Pleco to their store.
 
I'm not inclined to trust that - it's not Elop's decision to make, and it's much too soon to know whether they're actually keeping it or simply pretending that they are in order to clear out inventory.
