Those words were probably already in other categories - "uncategorized" is really just a search for cards that haven't been added to any category, it's not an automatic destination for newly imported cards, so the cards that were already in your database were identified as duplicates and ignored.
Import the list again with duplicates enabled ("duplicate cards" set to "allow" in the Import screen), or add a category tag line to the top like:
//Perapera 20140904
which will cause the cards to be put in that new category instead of "Uncategorized"; with that, if Pleco finds a duplicate card, it won't create another card but it will add the existing card to your new category.
