OCR frame disappeared after update (and changing the phone to a newer Android/OneUI)

Hi, Pleco had a nice feature of setting the frame where the OCR will be performed.
in one of recent updates this feature is gone, now all of the screen is OCR'ed, including non-Chinese parts.
As a result, there's a clutter of false recognitions.
Can this OCR frame option be brought back?
