Open up the application named "TextEdit" that is included with Mac OS X. Then go to "File" > "Open" and choose your XML file.

Maybe, I'm not sure. XML is designed for organizing data.

It might help to know what you want to do with the XML file. What do you want to change in it? What will you do with it afterwards?

Your best bet is likely to export as text, then import into a spreadsheet program, using Tabs as delimiters.

I would export as text with tab-delimiters. Then import into Flashcard Exchange, which has a feature that allows you to print nicely formatted flashcards.
