Is there a plan to add other cloud services on File Manager? I currently use Microsoft's OneDrive but I need to upload my txt files on Dropbox to get them on my iPad.
You should be able to access all of them via the "External Files" option in the file open box - that's iOS 8's new system for interfacing with external file storage services, and in general we'd rather rely on that than do a lot of extra coding for specific ones.
It doesn't appear in File Manager, only in the file open screen, but you should see it at the bottom of the list in that assuming you're running iOS 8.
