Padlock

I have searched the instructions but I can't find out what the padlock symbol in the stroke order add on does. Kinda of worried about just clicking and seeing what happens

You can swipe up and down to see the traditional or simplified version, the padlock will lock the one that is currently visible so that you can't swipe anymore

Oh ok thanks for that, presumably it can be unlocked at anytime if you want by clicking on the padlock again.

Yes, you can tap it again to unlock.
