We've now posted an updated version of the PDF instruction manual at http://www.pleco.com/dictmanual.html. This one was generated with Acrobat and includes the tags necessary to convert it to read on your Palm.
We've also updated the automated installer program just a tiny bit - none of the data files have changed, but it now installs the Character Set Converter by default, which should fix a problem a lot of customers were having where they'd click through the automated installer without changing the file selections and end up not being able to use traditional characters.
