Pleco Reader - extremely slow

Help, my Pleco built in reader is extremly slow
Everything was fine but than suddenly, when I wanted to "choose a file" the Pleco Reader finds very slow txt files ... when I take out the sd card I have no problems ... why? I had no problems before?! I already took all txt and doc files from the sd card but no change.
Any idea?

Maybe some errors on the sd card? How to detect?

That's odd... so this happens specifically when you tap on the "Choose File" button? Does the resulting dialog take a long time to come up, or does it display / scroll slowly once it does?

Actually both ... if I take the sd card out of the device I have no problems and pleco find all txt files on my build in microdrive (8gb) very fast and without problems. I also switched the sd card, but still the same problem. I think there is one file on the sd card that produces that problem, but I am not sure.
I will test it later and report.

That seems logical, yes - a corrupted file or directory could definitely screw up Windows' file search system. Anyway, let me know if that turns out to explain it.
