I'm not tech savvy, and I know this is probably a real long shot, but is there any way that the Pleco male TTS voice could be inserted into an Anki flashcard?
So far, the best TTS I've found for use with Awesome TTS is the Google TTS. But it's female only, and, despite being better than most, it still has some weirdness, such as when dealing with fifth (neutral) tones or some syllables with an initial vowel.
