Program won't activate with key

Hello,

I just purchased two copies of Pleco for two cell phones for myself and my wife. My phone activated just fine. However, her's WILL NOT activate even though I have copied the key to both the phone and the memory card. When I try to do things in the menu options, it says this is still the demo. Any assistance to get this activated would be appreciated.

That's odd... are you sure that the System IDs match? Are there any error messages when you open the software or does it just go right back to the demo version warning? Try logging on to My Orders and downloading another copy of her keyfile from there - perhaps that one will work better. If not, send me an e-mail and we can try some other possibilities.
