Reader: converting simplified -> traditional

When using reader is there an option to convert between simplified and traditional text? I'm learning traditional text, but it would be very useful for this fucntion.

Not at the moment, no - this is actually an extremely challenging problem since there are so many one-to-many simplified-to-traditional mappings.

And adding a little more nuance: even in places like Taiwan, simplified characters might be used in lieu of the traditional character, such as 什麼 instead of 甚麼 or 台灣 instead of 薹灣. (In fact I don't think I learned the character 「甚」until I learned 「甚至於 」- I certainly didn't learn it when learning 什麼. )

I use google translate app for Traditional->Simplified conversion. I'm not sure Simplified->Traditional works well.
