Resume my Pleco version with records of the last 6 years

I had to remove and install again my Pleco, but although my Pleco ID remained unchanged , the version that I downloaded has lost all contents and is less performative in terms of dictionaries and functions … is there any possibility to resume previous contents snd functions ?

Were you on Android instead of iOS before? Anyway, email support at pleco dot com with the ID and we can investigate why some features have gone missing.
