I assume that Shen Shen is asking about the dictionary database, not the engine (...PlecoDict, what else? :mrgreen: )... :wink:
There is not "one single best" answer. It depends on your level in chineese, your goals, the usage of the dictionary (learning, speaking, personal or professional, ...).

In general, though, if you're a first- or second-year student or are worried about the cost we recommend the Basic version, and for everyone else we recommend the Professional - the Complete version is mainly for people who want access to alternate definitions/examples/etc or who like to carry around the Oxford dictionary but need more vocabulary than it offers by itself.
