Just purchased the Cheng and Tsui Business Lexicon and it is great!

I would also be very interested in an English-Chinese Scientific/Technical Lexicon/Dictionary if such were made available.

Thus far we haven't managed to find one of these that's new enough to exist in electronic format and that we can license, but have you tried the free add-on Adso and LDC databases? (http://www.pleco.com/dictaddons.html) Those actually have pretty good coverage of scientific terms, particularly biological/medical ones.
