Search History - Only Commands?

If I’m remembering correctly search history used to link back to their respective dictionary entries (En/Zh, etc.) but now I’m only seeing “commands” in the search history section. For instance all it’s showing me is “share,” “add entry,” and “add note.”

Ideally, wouldn’t these link back to their dictionary entries?

Hmm... is CC-CEDICT disabled in Settings / Manage Dictionaries? Or in the reader, or in a custom definition screen tab configuration if you've made one of those? Can you email me a backup of your flashcard database?
