Transfer file to pleco in iTunes 12

Sorry - this is probably an apple question, but I can't find the answer there:
I create flashcard files on my PC and transfer them to pleco using iTunes.
In iTunes 12 I can't find the Apps File Transfer function - does anyone know where it is?

Plug in your device, click on the icon for it at the top left corner of the screen, click on "Apps" under "Settings" on the left side of the screen, then you should see a "File Sharing" section at the bottom of that screen.
 
Or you can use the Wi-Fi transfer: File Manager → Upload / Download Files from within Pleco, and then point your browser to the address.
