I just got an iPhone for the first time after many years of using Pleco on Android. Everytime I closed the app on android, even if I deleted the content of search box, I would always get the last search results, no matter how much time passed or even if I restarted the phone. I can't find the option, or maybe there's no option on iPhone, because I always get the "Welcome!" message everytime I open the app. Maybe I just have to get used to it but it feels strange to get that message everytime, feels less powerful than on Android. Is there a solution? Thank you!

Are you clearing the search box when you exit? If so then this is the intended behavior - has to do with the way iOS handles background state saving / screenshotting for the task manager / etc. If you're not clearing the search box and it's still failing to restore the last search then it might be a bug.
