Where can I find the meanings of the abbreviations

Where can I find what things like B.F. mean?

The instruction manual has them, near the back.

Ahhh, so it is. Took a bit of looking, because the documentation shows it as 'bf.', Bound form. The dictionary shows it as B.F.
