Where is dictionary front-matter available?

In reading through the archive, it was stated that the front-matter for the dictionaries was available in the help files. However, the section that I think it would be in just says "coming soon - still updating these for version 3 as well".

Are the old help file pages available online anywhere?

Is there any estimated timing on when the 3.X help will be updated?

You can view the old front matter in the Android manual. The front matter has actually generated very few complaints / inquiries relative to other editorial tasks like cleaner versions of a few dictionaries, so it's been slightly back-burnered for that reason.
 
Is there any place to find front matter now? I couldn't find it. I'm especially interested in the front matter for A Student's Dictionary of Classical and Medieval Chinese and Longman Advanced Chinese Dictionary, which I got recently. Thanks!
