We’ll be sending a portion of the data to Pleco on 15 November (so they can make sure everything is ready on their end to convert and release the Mini Editions as quickly as possible).
We’ll send the remaining data on 1 December.
Depending on the app review process, that means you’ll probably have the dictionary in your hands in early to mid December.

2016 12 16: Apple has approved the Outlier Dictionary on Pleco. (
